Disputes: what is the compensation about?
When faced with damage to the goods or loss, a first question arises: what will the claim for compensation focus on? Selling price? Cost price? Transport included or not? And, can we add collateral damage: site or chain stoppage, penalties imposed by the recipient, etc.? So many questions where the answers are not always those you think.

Coasting Trade and secondment: what will change?

On April 4th, the European Parliament adopted several measures amending the rules on the secondment of lorry drivers and the conditions governing the exercise of cabotage. These measures will affect the way in which foreign carriers will be able to carry out transport operations on national territory. The conditions for using a foreign carrier in a charter operation will be significantly modified. As a result, shippers and forwarders will be confronted with new practices in this area
